Step 1: Pack smaller belongings into boxes. Though we require all non-furniture items to be placed in boxes, we can take items that don’t fit (i.e. sports equipment, oversized lamps, lawn ornaments, etc). For a small fee, we will provide packing materials.
Step 2: Estimate your storage needs. If you don’t know which unit best suits your project, even a rough estimate will give us a better idea of what type of storage you’ll need.
Step 3: Schedule your pickup. You can do this by phone, or make an online reservation. As your date approaches, a Closetbox staff member will contact you regarding when we plan to arrive.
